The Pioneer Recruiting Process encompasses 7 specific steps:
(1) NEEDS IDENTIFICATION
(2) PROFILE BUILDING
(3) RESEARCH & LOCATION
(4) CANDIDATE SELECTION
(5) VALIDATION
(6) CANDIDATE SUBMITTAL
(7) RECRUITING ASSISTANCE
(8) FOLLOW-UPS
Pioneer staffing utilizes a recruiting process that has a
proven success record. Our team takes great pride in the
work we do. We approach every request with care, dedication,
determination and experience. Our goals on every job order
remains the same:
a) To locate the very best candidate available
b) To do so within a reasonably quick time frame
c) To never compromise quality
d) To maintain confidentiality as required
e) To use honesty, in presenting opportunities and candidates
f) To assist in keeping an open line of communication between both parties
Our approach is identified below. Please do not hesitate to contact us

NEEDS IDENTIFICATION
Our Account Managers will speak with you to discuss your current staffing
needs. We will identify what recruiting tools\mediums you currently
utilize and how we can assist or implement new strategies that will
better fit your needs. It is not our intent to duplicate your efforts but
to extend it.
PROFILE BUILDING
At this time, your Pioneer account manager will work with you to build a
profile of your "ideal" candidates. We understand that the perfect fit
will come with certain experience and background, but blend with a proven
model of personality, behavioral characteristics and image.
CANDIDATE SELECTION
Pioneer then utilizes its vast resources to locate the
"right" candidates as specified in your needs identification.
VALIDATION
At this point in the process. Pioneer will validate the
candidate's employment, reasoning for employment and take the
candidate through a pre-screening process that will be
customize for your position. Pioneer will check candidate
references and do due deligence to ensure that only "quality"
candidates are presented.
CANDIDATE SUBMITTAL
Qualified and successfully screened candidates will be formally
presented to you that are above a 90% match to your requirements.
We include a candidate highlight sheet along with resumes and
references as requested.
SUPPORT ASSISTANCE
Your Account Manager will stay close to the entire process. We
do not disappear, only to reappear at the very end. We are here
to assist in anyway necessary. Schedule appointments, maintain and
check candidate continued interest, answer questions etc. We will
assist with salary negotiations, relocation assistance, travel
arrangements, whatsoever is needed to complete the process to your
satisfaction.
FOLLOW-UPS
Pioneer will follow through even after acceptance of the offer. We
help our candidates with resignations, relocation and whatever is
needed. We maintain contact with the candidate through start date,
training and as they transition into their new role.
