Utilizing direct recruiting we’re able to save time and money for you by providing candidates from direct competitors instead of just mining the resume banks and sending paper trails like most recruiting firms.

We will pre-screened all candidates and check references. All pre screens are customize for your particular company and market areas. Our associates strive for quality versus quantity.     Our associates are able to respond fairly quickly to the staffing needs of your organization or team. We maintain a proprietary database of over ten thousand candidates throughout the US. In addition, we maintain a steady marketing and advertising campaign throughout the year, seeking out top qualified candidates throughout the US. We are your eyes and ears at all times, and are looking for those top 3% performers, 365 days of the year. Our arms are outstretch with large networking capabilities and if we can't find them ourselves, we probably know someone who can. With all of these mediums probably the greatest incentive to Pioneer is that we are still "old fashioned" recruiters, capable of effectively and discretly cold calling your competitors. We averaged a 1 to 2 week turnaround time in difficult markets, with a 1 to 4 submittal to hire ratio.
