Pioneer Staffing has a great FULL TIME opportunity available for Outbound Calling Specialists.
|
You will be responsible for generating names and prequalifying potential
candidates that can be contacted by an experience recruiter
to discuss new job opportunities.
Major responsibilities will involve cold/warm calling top quality
candidates to generate interest in our clients opportunities.
Schedule:
This is a full-time opportunity. 4 Day Work Week, Monday through Thursday with two required late nights (Mon/Tue or Tue/Wed). At least two Sunday nights required per month. Night/Evening shift runs from 8:00PM - 10:30PM.
This is a virtual/telecommuting position.

| Requirements: |
A minimum of 2 years cold calling and sales experience.
Ability to work on time sensitive projects
Must be detail oriented
Excellent communicator with ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
Updated computer with Microsoft Office and DSL
Separate office space with business line (unlimited long distance -- Phone Stipend Provided). Phone must have call forwarding, 3-way calling, caller id, business voice mail etc.

| Salary: |
Base Salary of $19,760 to $25,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
