Pioneer provides direct placement
services for management and corporate positions in the restaurant,
retail and hospitality industries. We work on retained
searches, where clients typically seek our assistance
in staffing hard to fill positions and critical openings. The
most common positions staffed includes General Managers, District Managers, Regional
Chefs, Executive Chefs, Director of Operations, HR Recruiters, Corporate Trainers, Franchise
Partners and Marketing and Public Relations Managers. Most recently,
we have received requests for professionals that can provide expertise and implement green
initiativies such as Designers, Consultants, Project Managers
etc.

| OUR PROCESS |
|
Your dedicated Account Manager will complete a Client Profile Analysis
meeting with you to build an extensive profile of the type of
candidates that would be a match for your opening. We go beyond
experience and look for other components such as career goals,
leadership philosophies, prior accomplishments, relocation flexibility,
education and overall culture fit. We work as a true extension
of your team so we gather and research as much information as
possible about your company.
On onstart of the staffing project, 50% of the agreed upon flat
fee is due. This allows us to cover expenditures necessary to
begin your search. Pioneer utilizes over 24 sources when
locating top talent. We believe that a comprehensive solution
is necessary to ensure that the best talent available is presented
for your review. The area where our company stands out is
in passive candidate recruiting, where we cold call and network
extensively. This allows us to present candidates that you may
not typically have access too.
All
candidates are taken through a 30 to 45 minute screen to
determine if they are a match to your opening. This
screening is executed by a trained Talent Specialist. The candidate
is then typically sent out to visit the location when
possible. During presentaion, a resume and completed reference checks are accompanied by our
screening notes and recommendation, along with availability for interviewing
in the upcoming weeks.
Pioneer remains in contact
with the candidate after they have been presented
and will provide support, including confirming interviews,
offer presentation and relocation assistance as needed. We also provide
support to the candidate as they transition into their new position
- a critical area that will support onboarding and retention.
In most cases, you will receive a selection of top
candidates. Depending on the level of candidate needed, top
talent may be presented in as little as 10 to 14 business
days. We will continue to send candidates, until the position
is filled. If the position is filled utilizing another source,
50% of upfront payment will be provided as a credit towards another
search.
After the candidate completes 30 days of employment the remaining
50% of the placement fee is due.

background checks and psychological and performance testing.
With these services, our clients are able to make a more confident
hire.
PSYCHOLOGICAL & PERFORMANCE
TESTING
Testing is available that can provide further insight on the
candidate. The results can be used for hiring, coaching, training,
promotion, managing and succession planning. Both tests are
administered over the internet. The first test measures a person’s
learning index which includes their verbal and numerical ability and
verbal and numerical reasoning. In addition, it measures their
behavioral profile which includes energy level, assertiveness,
sociability, manageability, attitude and independence. The second
test measures key behavioral factors such as productivity,
initiative, teamwork, problem solving, adapting to change, response
to stress and conflict and motivational energy.
COMPREHENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECKS
Pioneer can execute background checks for any candidate. Our
comprehensive background checks include a social security trace,
federal, national and counties criminal checks, driver's license
history, pre-employment credit report, education and employment
verification, and workers' compensation claims
history.
