| Our RESUME GENERATION service is ideal for
companies that would like to widen their search for talented
candidates. It is a cost effective solution where Pioneer will
assist with the marketing of open positions utilizing multiple sources, at a price significantly lower than posting on major job
boards. In addition, a trained talent specialist will screen all resumes received to determine
if there is a match based on the client's pre-defined requirements. Our Internet
Recruiters will source multiple job boards including our proprietary databases for additional candidates that
qualify for the openings. Depending on the opening, Pioneer will also execute a talent
finding search for passive candidates that currently do not have their resume
on the Internet. This solution saves the client tremendous time from having to create
and manage job postings, reviewing of unqualified resumes and sourcing of multiple job
boards.

| TALENT SCREENING |
| Screening and the initial first
interview is one of the most time consuming tasks that must be
executed by HR. Pioneer can oversee all screening for
any open position. The client will be given a private
toll-free job line that can be used on ads or provided to
applicants. All screening questions can be customize to suit
individual needs. This service is offered at an hourly or
monthly rate.

| TALENT CONNECTION FILE |

With the Talent File solution, Pioneer will manage
the initial stages in the staffing cycle. Pioneer
will advertise openings, reach out to passive candidates and locate
high quality talent. The Talent File comes in varying
quantities of candidates. During the initial
interviewing cycle, Pioneer researches most red flags
with the candidate and only candidates that passes all of
our stringent checks will be presented. This solution gives
our clients the competitive edge as it requires candidates to work
semi-exclusively with Pioneer and to complete an employment
history check as well as several other check points. Our
submittal to hire ratio averages between three to one
to four to one.

| COMPLETE STAFFING OUTSOURCING
SOLUTION |
| The CSOS service can be utilized by
companies that want to outsource the entire staffing of a single
position or multiple ongoing needs. Pioneer oversees
the entire cycle from advertising of the position, executing the
first interview, assisting with interview planning of additional
interviews, reference checking, background checks, performance
testing, offer negotiations and onboarding initiatives. This
solution is ideal for companies that do not have an HR team or
small HR departments. Companies that are preparing for
seasonal hiring, venturing into different markets
or experiencing an unexpected increase in open positions, will
also find this solution as a great cost effective option
than hiring additional manpower. With Pioneer's
expertise in staffing there is no ramp-up time and we can quickly
merge with existing departments and
teams.

| DIRECT PLACEMENT |

Our direct placement services is available
for companies that prefer the more traditional recruiting solutions. With this service, Pioneer
will execute a retained search for each opening. A dedicated staff will
be assigned to your opening and Pioneer will be given exclusive rights
to work on your opening. With retained searches, 50% of the placement fee is
required before recruiting initiatives commences. Pioneer will provide a weekly report with updates
and results. Pioneer provides a 4-month guararantee on all employees hired from our retained search.

| PROFESSIONAL REFERENCE CHECKS |
| Pioneer can execute reference checks for any candidate. Typically, up to three references are checked
which includes two references from prior supervisors and one peer to peer. Questions can be
customized by the client or our comprehensive reference form can be used.

| COMPREHENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECKS |
| Pioneer can execute background checks for any candidate. Our comprehensive background
checks include a social security trace, federal, national and counties criminal checks,
driver's license history, pre-employment credit report, education and employment verification,
and workers' compensation claims history.

| PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PERFORMANCE TESTING |
Testing is available that can provide further insight on the candidate. The results
can be used for hiring, coaching, training, promotion, managing and succession planning.
Both tests are administered over the internet. The first test measures a person’s
learning index which includes their verbal and numerical ability and verbal and numerical
reasoning. In addition, it measures their behavioral profile which includes energy
level, assertiveness, sociability, manageability, attitude and independence. The second
test measures key behavioral factors such as productivity, initiative, teamwork, problem
solving, adapting to change, response to stress and conflict and motivational energy.
